> If you solve more than 10 questions in any of the exam simulators
> If you solve more than 1 practice exam in the course

> If you ask for a refund in 14 days after you purchase the course/bundle, you will get all your money back.

> If you ask for a refund in more than 14 days after your first payment, no refund is applicable.
If you purchased a 6-monthly subscription:
> If you ask for a refund in 14 days in your 1st month, you will get all your money back.
> If you ask for a refund in more than 14 days after your first payment, no refund is applicable.
> If you ask for a refund in 3 days in your 2nd or more 6-monthly payment interval, you will get your money for your latest payment, but you will not get your previously made payments. Please note that, the contact hours and PDUs you earned in your previous subscription interval will remain applicable.
> If you ask for a refund in more than 3 days in your 2nd or more 6-monthly payment interval, no refund is applicable.
